Lennexus operates the Lennexus carbon credit management platform at lennexus.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and organization name when you create an account. We store the carbon credit records, retirement entries, document attachments, and audit evidence packs you create. If you use Registry Inbox, we receive forwarded registry confirmation emails on your behalf. We collect anonymised analytics data via Umami Analytics (cookie-free). Payments are processed by Stripe — we store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the platform, authenticate users, process payments, send transactional emails, parse registry emails, generate audit packs, respond to support requests, and detect fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@lennexus.com. We will respond within 30 days.
