These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lennexus platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Lennexus is a carbon credit management platform providing a financial system of record for voluntary carbon credits, including a credit ledger, retirement workflow, document management, registry reconciliation, and audit evidence pack generation.

Subscription and Payment

Access requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
